IEC’s 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held as a virtual meeting on Wednesday, 4 November 2020 at 4pm (AEDT). To attend and participate, you will need to log in to https://agmlive.link/IEC20, an online platform provided by our share registry, Link Market Services. We suggested that you log in and register from 3:30pm on Wednesday, 4 November 2020.

Attached is a letter sent to shareholders advising of arrangements in relation to IEC’s 2020 AGM.

From Monday, 5 October 2020, the Notice of Meeting will be available. Shareholders will be able to vote on resolutions and ask questions in advance of the AGM online from 5 October at www.linkmarketservices.com.au.

If you are currently an electronic shareholder or if you sign up to receive our shareholder communications electronically before Friday, 25 September 2020 (and become an electronic shareholder), we will be able to send you an email as soon as the Notice of Meeting and Annual Report are available online. This email will also include your personalised shareholder link to vote online and the latest details of our AGM.
